Ah, yes, Malice Mizer. Anyone that like anything about Japan and visual kei should have heard them! They are the ones bringing visual kei out of the underground music world.
Mana-sama and Közi started the band back in '92 with Tetsu as a singer, Yu~ki on bass and Gaz on drums. Gaz was later replaced by Kami. They released the album Memoire DX in '94 and Tetsu left shortly after. Gackt became their singer in '95 and with him the band became very popular. The albums Voyage~Sans Retour~ and Merveilles was released in '96 resp. '98. At the peak of their popularity in '99, Gackt left the band to pursuit a solo-career. They released a couple of singles without an single, and in june, Kami died - he was never replaced. In 2000 Klaha took the spot as the singer, and they released a copule of singles and the album bara no Seido. In 2001 the band went on hiatus, leaving open the opportunity to pick up the band again.
Personally, I love all the three eras of Malice Mizer, but I prefer Gackt as the singer really. If you haven't heard them, I think you should give it a try. In my opinion, Merveilles is the best album by far, but it's up for you to get yourself an own opinion.

Sounds interesting, I haven't listen to that kind of music before but Iam up for it Do they have any video's on youtube? I like listening to new music

Nice, couldn't understand what they were singing lol but the music was good.The outfits wow you never get to see that much if at all. Thank you for sharing I liked it

I like strange, least they aren't like those normal pop stars/ other bands that dress the same It all sounds good def like it.First time hearing it and its good Thank you for sharing

Yeah definetly! I wish they would start up again - Gackt, Mana-sama, Közi, yu~ki and someone to step in for Kami~~<3 Gackt and Mana-sama wrote awesome music together... Oh and Közi's solo work is great too
